Merry Christmas!

Christmas morning 2010!

This is Leisy's first Christmas. She got some leg warmers, a Bumbo tray and these cute little stuffed bugs. She loved them! Gotta love the dollar store! I got the Twilight movies, the Hunger Games series, a few gift cards and a camera case. Livvy was a very good girl this year because she got practically everything she asked Santa for. A Moxie girl, GoGo the walking pup, a Rapunzel doll and some Zoobles. Kenny got a Transformer cleverly disguised as breastpads. Don't you love the bow?

Micah got Criss Cross Crash and Hot Wheels to go with it. He got a Buzz Lightyear Blaster & tool man gear. I love the look on his face in this picture. Merry Christmas from our family to yours. Hope your day was merry and bright!

Snow day!

Boy did we get some snow! Driving home from work at 7:30 in the morning was a little scary with so much snow. It was so bright it was like it was in the middle of the afternoon. I got high centered trying to get into the driveway and Kenny had to dig me out. Oh the joys of living in Utah in the winter!

Five years old, going on twenty

My little girl is turning 5 on December 30th! Where has the time gone? Since her birthday is during Christmas break, we decided to have her party a little early just in case someone would be out of town. Livvy decided she wanted a pj/makeover party. Her friends came dressed in the favorite pj's and got the hair, makeup and nails done. The last picture is my attempt at a Hello Kitty cake, Livvy's current favorite. It's not bad......but, it's not great either. I'll keep working on my cake decorating skills. Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my Sweet Pea! I love you tons and tons! You get more beautiful everyday and you are the best helper with your younger brother & sister. I am so thankful Heavenly Father sent you to Daddy and me.

Temple Square 2010

Our annual trip to Temple Square to see the lights and enjoy a yummy dinner at The Lion House! It was a little cold and rainy, but we had a great time. Livvy's favorite was seeing the Christus statue in the visitor's center, Micah loved the lights and Leisy slept all bundled up! Kenny & I enjoyed spending the evening together. It's so nice to be able to visit the temple and be reminded we are a forever family.

Christmas is coming!

I love Christmastime! I love holiday baking, wearing warm, cozy sweaters and the decorations. In the seven years we've been married, we've only had a real Christmas tree once. We just decorate a *gasp* fake Christmas tree each year. I'm sure we'll have a real Christmas tree as the kids get older, but for right now this serves the purpose and is a lot easier to maintain.
